Bur comes off
Use within rotation speed allowance.
Clean up chuck’s inside using Pana Spray Plus and see if the problem is solved. If the same problem still occurs, replace the cartridge.
Replace the bur with a new one.
Check if the bur is securely locked by giving pull-and-push test.
Would not rev up

Abnormal noise

Unusual vibration
Clean up with Pana Spray Plus and see if the problem is solved. If the same problem still occurs, replace the cartridge. Or Refer to your operation manual for further details on maintenance and lubricate thoroughly.
Weaker torque
Clean up with Pana Spray Plus and see if the problem is solved. If the same problem still occurs, replace the cartridge. Or Refer to your operation manual for further details on maintenance and lubricate thoroughly.
Heat generation at the head
Clean up with Pana Spray Plus and see if the problem is solved. If the same problem still occurs, replace the cartridge. Or Refer to your operation manual for further details on maintenance and lubricate thoroughly.
Irregular irrigation
Blow air into irrigation opening. Or clean up the opening with an attached maintenance needle.
If problem is not solved, contact your NSK distributor.
Check under the work table to see if the joint of handpiece and hose or hose and console is properly connected.
Check your console whether water pressure is set at proper value.
Hard to remove a bur
Replace the head cap. Be sure not to touch the push button until the turbine stops completely.

Would not light up (For optic handpiece only)
Contact your NSK distributor.
Remove coupling joint from the handpiece and see if lamp in coupling joint lights up. If not, replace the lamp.
