Air Polishing system uses air & water pressure to deliver a controlled stream of specially processed sodium bicarbonate in slurry through the handpiece nozzle. We have the two kinds of air polisher, the normal dental air polisher, the other one is the luxury dental air polisher.

Especially designed as the minimize splash-back type, the dental air polisher has its 360 degree rotation effectively cleans even hidden tartar. The working head of the polisher can be easily sterilized by submerging it in boiling water. Meantime, the high efficiency jet of sand powder and pressurized air insures even polishing while reducing kinetic energy loss. It is easy to operate, clean up and maintenance.

The first air-polishing devices appeared on the market in the 1970 and the mechanics of air-polishing have not changed much since the 70s. As the time goes, we have now another type of air polisher, which is the luxury dental air polisher.
